No transfer to other third parties takes place.
Subscription to our E-mail Newsletter
If you subscribe to our e-mail newsletter, we will send you regular information about our offers. The only mandatory information for sending the newsletter is your e-mail address. The provision of any other data is voluntary and is used in order to address you personally. For the dispatch of the newsletter, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that we will only send you an e-mail newsletter once you have expressly confirmed that you consent to receiving newsletters. We will then send you a confirmation e-mail in which you are asked to confirm, by clicking on an appropriate link, that you wish to receive newsletters in the future.
By activating the confirmation link, you give us your consent to the use of your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. When you register for the newsletter, we store your IP address as entered by your Internet service provider (ISP) as well as the date and time of registration in order to be able to trace any possible misuse of your e-mail address at a later date. The data collected by us when you register for the newsletter is used exclusively for the purpose of advertising communication by means of the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link provided for this purpose in the newsletter or by sending an appropriate message to the controller named above. After you unsubscribe, your e-mail address will be deleted from our newsletter distribution list without delay, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use your data beyond this, which is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this declaration.
Your data will be transmitted to a third country for which there is an adequacy decision by the European Commission.
Use of the E-mail Address for Sending Direct Advertising
We use your e-mail address, which we have received in connection with the sale of a good or service, for electronic transmission of advertising for our own goods or services that are similar to those that you have already purchased from us, insofar as you have not objected to this use. The processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR from the legitimate interest in direct advertising. You can object to this use of your e-mail address at any time by notifying us. The contact details for exercising your right to object can be found in the legal notice (Imprint). You can also use the link provided for this purpose in the advertising e-mail. You will incur no costs for this other than the transmission costs according to the basic tariffs.
Disclosure of the E-mail Address to Shipping Companies for Information on the Shipping Status
We pass on your e-mail address to the transport company within the scope of contract processing, provided that you have expressly agreed to this in the order process. The disclosure serves the purpose of informing you by e-mail about the shipping status. The processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR with your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time by notifying us or the transport company, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation.
Forwarding of Personal Data to Shipping Service Providers
UPS
If the goods are delivered by the transport service provider UPS (United Parcel Service Deutschland Inc. & Co. OHG, Görlitzer Straße 1, 41460 Neuss), we pass on your e-mail address to UPS prior to delivery of the goods in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR for the purpose of arranging a delivery date and/or for delivery notification. Furthermore, we pass on your telephone number to UPS in order to simplify delivery if you are not present at the time of delivery. The telephone number may also be printed directly on the shipping label by UPS. You may revoke your consent at any time with future effect vis-à-vis the controller named above or vis-à-vis the transport service provider UPS. However, in this case, simplified delivery and coordination of the delivery date with UPS and/or the transmission of status information on the shipment delivery will no longer be possible.
